SHIPPING POLICY

ZEMBIRA offers print-on-demand apparel and electronically delivered digital products. Shipping and delivery depend on the type of product purchased. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.

PHYSICAL APPAREL

Production and fulfillment
ZEMBIRA apparel is produced after an order is placed and is fulfilled through our connected print-on-demand production partner. Production and delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, provider capacity, and carrier conditions. Any dates or timeframes shown during checkout or in order updates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping destinations
The store currently operates through its enabled United States market. A physical order can be accepted only when Shopify checkout provides an available shipping method for the delivery address. ZEMBIRA does not promise delivery to a destination that is not available at checkout.

Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are calculated using the configured shipping profile and are displayed during checkout before payment. ZEMBIRA does not apply an unlisted universal flat shipping charge.

Address accuracy and changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an address error, contact ZEMBIRA as soon as possible at contactzembira@gmail.com or through the Contact page. We may attempt to assist when production or shipment has not begun, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Tracking, delays, and delivery problems
When tracking is available, it is provided through Shopify order communications. If tracking is abnormal, delivery is significantly delayed, a package appears lost, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact ZEMBIRA with your order number. ZEMBIRA will review the order and available tracking and production-partner information. The appropriate resolution depends on the verified circumstances; an automatic refund is not guaranteed solely because a carrier status is delayed or disputed.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically through Shopify’s digital-delivery system and do not require physical shipping. No package is mailed and no physical shipping charge should apply to a digital-only purchase. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the files associated with the purchased product.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ZEMBIRA sells print-on-demand apparel and electronically delivered digital products. The following terms apply according to the type of product purchased. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND APPAREL

Change of mind, size, color, or design selection
ZEMBIRA apparel is produced specifically after an order is placed. Correctly produced items normally are not eligible for return or exchange solely because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color or design option, or no longer wants the product. Please review the product information, available options, and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly manufactured items
If apparel arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with another manufacturing error, contact ZEMBIRA within 30 days after delivery at contactzembira@gmail.com or through the Contact page. Include your order information, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the information and coordinating with our production partner, ZEMBIRA may provide an appropriate replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and the available resolution. A physical return is not automatically required for an obvious production defect, although ZEMBIRA may request additional information when reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Cancellations
An apparel order may be eligible for cancellation only if production has not begun. Contact ZEMBIRA as soon as possible. Because orders can enter production quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, even when a request is submitted before shipment. Once production has begun, cancellation normally is not available.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically. Except where required by applicable law, digital sales generally are final after the content has been delivered or made accessible.

If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, missing, duplicate, or materially defective file, or experience a download or access problem, contact ZEMBIRA at contactzembira@gmail.com or through the Contact page. The normal resolution is to restore access, provide or correct the proper file, or otherwise resolve the delivery problem through customer support.

Cancellation may no longer be possible after digital content has been delivered or made accessible. Contact ZEMBIRA promptly if a purchase has a genuine technical or order problem.
